At the same time, the history of the family-owned company Hermann Staib, which is now run by the fourth generation, begins at the end of the 19th century with a workshop for toolmaking and wire processing. On the basis of this, the impulse and eponym Hermann Staib founded the production plant in the gold town of Pforzheim, which still bears his name, in 1922.
